I believe this awesome testimony from a young mom is an answer someone has been searching for. Here is my allergy testimonial: Before using essential oils, I was dependent on taking Allegra D every day, all year round. Even with that, I would get multiple sinus infections a year that required weeks of antibiotics and steroids. My kids and husband also have problems with allergies and my oldest would get pneumonia every couple of months as well. I started applying 1-2drops per foot of lavender, lemon, and peppermint every morning. I layer and rub it in under and between each toe, and also on top of my foot near where the toes start. If I start feeling the allergies come on later in the day then I will swab a drop of lavender in my nose. For my son, I do the same lavender/lemon/peppermint every day and also apply RC to his chest if I ever hear a cough, which is rare now. Since we started essential oils last October, none of us have needed any allergy meds and have not gotten sinus infections or pneumonia from our allergies like we would have before!
