I believed in the ‘Rapture Doctrine’ at one time…but that was a long, LONG time ago. It’s a nice little story and it is very attractive to people…it is an easy out…a safety net. There are different versions of what is required of you to be in the ‘Rapture’, but generally all you have to do is believe and you’re in. Nothing is ever mentioned about REALLY obeying YHVH and living by His Word…that requires YOU to do something other than just believe. It requires action and change. Nobody wants to face the reality of being on this earth when things turn ugly. That would mean that somehow you had missed the mark, while everyone else is already in ‘heaven’. People are quite proud of the fact that they will be raptured, while everyone else is left to suffer through tribulation. The truth is that people WILL face the tribulation. There is going to be a lot of disappointment… There are no shortcuts and no easy outs…Abba tells us what we MUST do. We MUST turn from going our own way, humble and submit ourselves before Him and start living by His EVERY WORD! If you are living by your own standard of what you think is good and acceptable to Him, it is NOT enough…it is NOT even close! He promises protection for His People, but you have to show yourself to be one of His People by obeying Him and living His Way. Yeshua was very plain spoken and He clearly laid out future events in Matthew 24, if He was coming secretly to rapture people up to heaven, don’t you think He would have just plainly said so? Do you want the truth or lies? Do you want to know what YHVH’s Word really says, or would you rather hear stories that people make up, to make themselves feel better? I will take the truth…it sets people free. Matthew 24:29-31 29 “And immediately after the distress of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. 30 “And then the sign of the Son of Aḏam shall appear in the heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Aḏam coming on the clouds of the heaven with power and much esteem. 31 “And He shall send His messengers with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. Always, seek the truth…
