I bet your all at home sitting there wondering, James! How do I improve Thoracic mobility, Posture and counteract poor Pelvic Posture after years and years of sitting ad poor posture. Sitting for long periods of time can cause a multitude of problems such as blood pooling, skeletal issue such as Osteoporosis, Winging Scapula and Shoulder impingement and Cardiovascular issues such as Strokes, COPD, CHD etc. Specifically to this post, Thoracic mobility exercises and drills can show drastic improvement in range of motion, joint health and ensure correct and efficient movement patterns. Improving Glute activation which is detrimentally effected by sitting for long durations can significantly reduce the risk of Lower back pain and Pelvic misalignment.
