I blame Sheriff Roundtrees failure to quickly and adequately address the STEROID ABUSE ALLEGATIONS for the cloud that is now over the department in regards to just about any controversial use of force case. I do not know this deputy, but I do know his father as one of the best law enforcement officers to EVER serve this area. I always back law enforcement in these situations until I have seen or heard proof to the contrary, but the Sheriffs HIDEOUS, IRRESPONSIBLE, and IMPOTENT response to the serious steroid abuse allegations has put a stink on his department that is sticking to good people needlessly. The Sheriff should have released all the paperwork, specifically the use of force report in this situation immediately. This is a high profile case with contradictions abounding, and a reporters career could be hanging in the balance. The Sheriff needs to take this seriously, and address it as quickly as possible.
