I bought chili powder but preferred the cayenne after a taste test..(my cayenne is mild) . Forgot to buy a lime althogether....might be a nice touch, altho I think salt is better atop the sour cream..the chili just tasted too much like chili...I stood dining at the sink standing up with my almost as messy as ribs dinner, gobble gobble.......so I could periodically rinse the yumminess off my face.....I used fat fat sour cream....hey, lifes short!
