I bought my FED Stereo in Paris in 1994. Like most European 3D cameras lenses were 63mm apart and the 35mm images were 7 perforations wide. The semi-automatic camera allowed the user to set the lens aperture while a CdS cell controlled the shutter speed. Focusing distance was by guesstimate. Like many East Bloc cameras, quality varied from piece to piece. Mine had very good lenses but it wasnt long before pieces started falling off and light leaks developed. Its ultimate downfall was its toxic mercury battery (no longer made).
