I bring you great and wonderful news Bonfire Yogis. Look very carefully at this picture! Yes its true, Speedy returns! In another form! Whilst we are undertaking a Studio upgrade, revamp and renew at Jindalee, we came across Son of Speedy making himself at home. Herafter to be known as SOS, we felt very blessed and grateful that Sos was seen engaging in a little Cobra posing, and we hope he enjoys our superfood Dateballs as much as Dad did. Were all standing on our heads with excitement about the new Bonfire schedule about to hit the hot room. Look out for Hot Pilates Inferno; a Hot Power Lunch with Lee including Lean, Clean Cuisine; Mastercore with the incredible Fran and our strong base of Bikram classes. 2015 offers us all the chance to renew, reinvigorate, and reinvent: Enjoy! xo
