I call bulls$&@ !!!! A recent study in weight loss, suggests that people who drink carbonated diet sodas indeed lost more weight than water drinkers. Cutting calories and boosting exercise takes a lot of willpower. Trying to simultaneously give up something else you regularly enjoy -- such as diet soda -- taxes your ability to stay the course. Most psychologists agree that our willpower is a limited resource. SO much bullshit. DO NOT always believe the first thing you read before further researching the FACTS!!! What they seem to omit in this study is that the study was funded by the American Beverage Association previously known as National Soft drink Association which include corporations such as, Coca Cola, Pepsi, etc.... You can already see where Im going with this. Furthermore, not only was the study funded by these Bulldog Corporations, BUTT, the study authors also received consulting fees from the Coca Cola company outside of the submitted work. Added, this was only a 12 week study.... Do the math.... Anything short term... What are your usual end results???? Now, Im not a trainer, have ZERO certifications, I could be wrong....
