I called Comcast today to see if I could lower my bill.....first let me say the young man was very pleasant and tried his best to help me......after quite a while there was nothing lower than what I already had that was cheaper so I asked what I would save if I took my phone off....actually that would increase my bill!!!!! I have at least two hundred channels I dont use but cant take them off to save money, have to pay extra for the modem every month ....I think its time we are allowed to choose between at least two cable companies this is a monopoly....I should be able to watch tv, have a phone and use my computer for less money than I pay for food and utilities in a month.....we need competition
