I called Expedia to change one leg of my flight on this trip. The customer service rep (Abby) was horrible. She kept asking the same questions over and over, including my itinerary number and my name and she was unwilling to switch me to another rep for help. Plus she said my ticket change fee would be ~$305 ($200+$85+$25)....without evening letting me tell her my situation and hours I wanted to fly. So I call the airlines directly and they changed my ticket for free.... Shame on Expedia for treating a longtime customer this way! So, though the trip was good, the “Expedia” customer service was horrible!
