I called Globe to check if they were able to resolve the complaint i filed back in DECEMBER 2013. After speaking to the RUDE GLOBE TECH AGENT FROM TELEPERFORMANCE (xian), i asked to speak to a supervisor. That asshole agent DISCONNECTED THE CALL & BLOCKED MY SERVICE. HOY GLOBE! IS THAT YOUR DEFINITION OF WONDERFUL? cuz if ur idea of a wonderful world is pissin off & dissin ur customers, Id say you are doin an awesome job! .|.
