I called Jim Glasscock early told him I was getting off at 3:30 and I was going to have some me time...told him to go hunting whatever I would be home when I was home. In the 15 years (in 21 days it will be 15 years) we have been married this is the first time I have done that. It has been a horrible day at work and I just needed to do something for me. I was single for 16 years and even though I love my husband I sometime miss having sometime to myself. For most of our marriage we had to share a car which meant we were together all the time other than our time at work. Now that he is at home and I am working these past six months I very rarely do anything, but a quick stop for gas or groceries and go home. After all the big talk at work I was having some me time I didnt go shopping...I did make it to Happy Hour (at Sonic-- haha) for a Diet Dr Pepper with Pineapple then over to China Cafe for a combination dinner of Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Crab Ragoon & an Egg Roll...which they just gave to someone else...now waiting for them to redo it. The Crab Ragoon is Jims favorite...yes I feel bad I was upset at him earlier and he didnt realize I was--MEN!! For the record I asked him if he wanted anything and he said no go eat Chinese and be careful driving!!! So I got the Crab Ragoon for him. My me time wasnt as much fun as I remembered during my single days when I had no one to consider and feel guilty about because I did something!! Oh well!!! If food ever gets done I will be on my way home. Maybe he will have gotten the BIG ONE!!!
