I called and left a message begging the dog law enforcement office to NOT give back the kennel license to the Fayette SPCA. I advised that the board members need to be replaced before it can be cleaned and reopen. It is because of the board that that place has had sick / injured animals that dont receive vet care for the past 20 Years. Please DO NOT give them back their licenses.
