I called this clinic today, and the reception was HORRIFICALLY rude (I ended the call in tears) and they have a clinic policy that states that if you come for a meet and greet with one of the three new doctors accepting new patients, and you decide its not a good fit, you are forbidden from seeing any of the other doctors within that clinic who are accepting new patients....EVER. I think thats pretty ridiculous considering the doctor shortage. God forbid I want someone whos a good fit for my needs. *sigh* This is my frustration. Why can I not interview my doctor? Its my LIFE theyre dealing with....and its not like the health center wouldnt get my revenue if they allowed me to see the other doctors? Im so confused and angry and sad. I just want to feel better.....and it seems like there are very few in the medical profession (OHIP-care) who are willing to help.
