I came across something called the 8 Hour Abs Diet last night. Basically youre supposed to eat all your food within an 8 hour window during your day. That means you fast for the other 16 hours. Ive heard about this before but with the term intermittent fasting. What are your thoughts on this? Are we supposed to eat every 2-3 hours all day long? Or are we in fact supposed to allow our bodies to rest and digest for longer period of times? and GO!
