I came across this, and wanted to share. Its a great testimony coming from an unvaccinated person who grew up (and luckily survived) and realized that is was not a good decision, and not something she would do to her children. As a child she contracted measles, mumps, rubella, a type of viral meningitis, scarlatina, whooping cough, yearly tonsillitis, and chickenpox, some of which are vaccine preventable. In her 20s, she got precancerous HPV. Her mother was a health nut on top of everything else, so her diet was extremely healthy (she goes into more detail) There are some decisions I understand when making choices about how one raises a child, but not vaccinating is something I will never understand. Not to mention, there are actually folks out there getting their anti-vax information from an ex MTV VJ. I know its not from science, because that science doesnt exist.
