I can finally breathe again. Ive been on pins and needles off and on since about 2:30 when I awoke to find the Man Cub was not home, and he didnt make it home til 11:30. I got a call at 8:07 I missed, and then could not reach him. He called once, but wouldnt say where he was when he wanted to know where I am. Didnt know if he was with Sweetness, in the hospital, in jail, dead, or what. Hes 18. He can go wherever he wants. I get it. But it just makes me worry. He was here when I went to bed and so were a few of his friends. He said something about going to the beach last night, but, when they were still here, I figured they changed their plans. Last I looked, the friends were gone, and he was here, and it was lights out. The little shit went to Corona Del Mar, they were out all night, and in the dark, he trips and sprains his wrist. Well play that by ear. May be a run to Kaiser or just get an ace bandage. When I explained how worried I was and he just needs to tell me or leave a note, he says, OH, so NOW you care! Jackass.
