I can hardly believe a year ago I was packing up and leaving China, moving back to Canada after years away, and leaving my career to launch a business. As I have been reflecting on 2014 I have realized two of my most favorite creations this year were the unplanned and unexpected ones- convening The Seekers Society and Woo Club. For real. And well you know the first rules... So I wont say more about them... Except that.. They were born out of my longing for community to explore desire, passion,vulnerability, the mystical, the meaningful - ya know all the fiery, powerful, raw, wild truths and complexities of life - these groups have ushered in remarkable human beings and unraveled old beliefs. Hearts expanded, minds blown, shadows danced and desires indulged. I couldnt have imagined how it was all to unfold, who would show up, how we would transform, how much meaning and impact they would bring to my life nor how much freakin fun they would be! Big lessons for me- Do things for love and know love is reason enough. Following my core desired feelings will always lead me home. Show up. Shine. Let it go. The results will be beyond what I can imagine. And will be exactly what is needed. Life is meant to be felt. And shared. What are your big take aways for 2014?
