I can honestly say that I have never given two consecutive minutes of thoughts to what my retired life will be like-- largely because Im convinced it will be fun. Retirement means using less gas and having fewer oil changes when youre not commuting. You wont be eating many weekly lunches out at the cafeteria anymore. When you work or doing something you love or dont like , everything else flows from it. Your social life, your friends , they all come from that little bulls eye on the middle when you hit it right. I spent twenty years of my life working in the USPS , graveyard shift ever since I started. Retirement means no more rushing to dress up for work, no more sleepless nights, no more looking forward to weekends ( I was lucky to have weekends off, less money but ok, with no Sunday premium pays). In short, life is more enjoyable!! Early dinner at Mizuki , given to us by our friends from the USPS a couple of years ago for our retirement, with Cecilia Benitez and Virginia Paradeza ....
