I can literally see a difference in David know. Its like I can see him thinking about things when before it was just reacting. When he is given the food coloring you can tell for days after with night accidents and horrible choices in behavior that he knows (if he thought about it) will have consequences. If your child is just abnormally hyper active or not thinking before doing something I urge you to try cutting artificial/added coloring of any and all kinds from their diet and yours (lead by example) and Im sure you will too see the effects like I have. My current journey is now to cut out artificially flavored foods!
