I can not thank everyone enough for the prayers and kind words today :) My scans were very good and we are so thankful for that!!!! The spots on my ovaries did not show up on the scan and the third spot has shrunk. My liver and lungs still appeared to be clear as well. I will be having surgery at the end of April but how extensive that surgery will be will not be determined until I am on the operating table. They will start by exploring with a camera to see if there are more nodules present in my abdomen (nodules that were too small to show up on my scans)- pending what they find determines my surgery. Several different scenarios from a simply removing just my ovaries to being referred to Wake Forest for a much more invasive HIPEC surgery. Some answers today but as always, many more questions. Thanking God for the good news and grateful for the peace of mind he provides me to handle the uncertainty and the journey ahead. God is good all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
