I can say this much about verizon, they do fix a problem quickly. I was on the phone talking to one of my very good friends and brothers and noticed my account only had a $1.84 left on a $15 reload when I had to change back to $1.99 unlimited everything plan to help save some cash. I sent them an email being worried that I would waste that last little bit and then did something else after sending it. I called the data number and when to customer service without using any of the money. The rep, John, then told me that since I was not roaming and I am more than within the service area, refunded my funds back onto my account and told me to dial #228, send, option 2 to update my phone and the roaming area. I am going to shoot a reply back to Verizon when they answer my email to let them know I apologize for the email which was not scathing or angry and that it was taken off and I appreciate their services still. Yay, Verizon.
