I can see this is getting a lot of discussion already. Suffice it to say that witnessing the frustration of the teachers attempting to incorporate this idiocy is only secondary to the frustrations of the students who see the ridiculousness of it already. The only way it will change is good qualified people, teachers and parents standing up to the legislators and department of education and just saying NO to this. We already have a problem with graduation rates. Do something that actually engages the students minds instead of numbing them with minutia. Its appalling.
