I cannot believe that a decent human being could say that this absolutely sickening repugnant condition is acceptable for these dogs. Well the only reason for this decision is that this filth is the same standard of the authority who approved it. It reflects the personal standard of hygiene and living standards of those who approve of this filth, otherwise there is no other explanation for any sane person to agree that such filthy unhygienic condition for the dogs is ok. It is shocking Mayor that you refuse to take appropriate action to get these suffering dogs out. Unbelievable!! Shocking!Disgusting!
