I cannot believe that in the 21st century with all the technology available to the world that we cant find an aeroplane six days after it disappeared. There is an array of spy satellites roaming near space that can tell the NSA, CIA, Homeland Security, Mossad, FSB, MSS, [you name it] what Obamas third cousin is having for breakfast as well as what newspaper you bought this morning if so instructed. The fact that the aircraft was pinging a satellite, [a service that wasnt turned off - did the airline even know it existed?] despite someone neutering the known tracking systems sort of spotlights the clandestine underbelly of the modern world we live in. I find the whole thing decidedly odd.
