I cannot express to you how many dozens of requests we get every single day to help an animal and just how horrible it feels to say we are full. Please help us place the dogs we put up as emergency placements so we can continue to help more in need. I also cannot express to you the feeling of dismay as I drove Mr. Sweetpups out to look at a house and property that is for sale that doesnt flood. We passed by numerous houses with chained dogs, one beautiful lab has been chained to a tall STUMP all day long beside the road. Others are just chained under porches, on fences, all along the road. And those that werent chained? Well, lets just say that lady that was chasing her pit bull trying to hit him with a rather large stick kind of made me want to hurl. Yes, she couldnt catch him so what does she do? Lets just throw the pole at the dog and hit it because we cant catch it to beat it up close.
