I cannot wait for the Embargo to be completely uplifted, so that we may be able to travel to Cuba. I so desperately want to go to Cuba, to find out more about my family culture..... Just to be able to walk around the towns, & to be friendly with the Islanders. I want to dance in the street with everyone, when they are having their Fiestas, to laugh, sing & rejoice with my Cuban people..... This would make me very, very happy..... I LOVE YOU CUBA..... YOU ARE A PART OF ME & I AM A PART OF YOU.. My maternal grandmother, & my mother, have traveled to Cuba when they were young. My oldest brother Mario was very sick. My mother took my brother to see the doctors in Cuba, because the doctors here in the U.S. said that my brother was going to die. When my mother seen the doctors in Cuba, with my brother, the doctors said that my brother would be fine, as long as he took a certain white chalky medication. To this day, my brother is alive because of the doctors in Cuba.
