I cant believe how modern Indian systems have become! I lost my driving license so all I had to do was stand one hour in line to get a duplicate form, then go to a medical clinic and get a blood test (because obviously, you cant just get a duplicate license without getting your blood group verified duuhh), so the clinic took another day to get the results, then standing a few more hours in the line to submit it in the DMV office with multiple window system (more lines at each counter!), and then they tell me to go to citys traffic authorities to verify whether I paid all previous violations or not, which takes another day. But wait, then I have to file a police complain (because no crime is more dangerous to society than loosing a driving license). And finally, with one week of waiting time before I collect it, the simple process is done :) Who needs silly things like internet and computerized records when you can be an asshole driving around offices and manually passing paperwork, avoiding lunch breaks and waiting for people to physically showup instead :)
