I cant believe its been a year since Brielynd was born. It went by way to fast. Being a daddy to a little girl has been one of the greatest things Ive done so far in life. My entire little family is more than I could have ever imagined it would be. Suzanne Ledbetter is perfect to me. She is kind and caring, she loves the little things that most people take for granted, she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever known and she will never think of herself that way. I couldnt ask for a better wife or best friend. My oldest son Desmond may be one of the sweetest kids i have ever known. He walks around with his heart on his sleeve and doesnt mind showing it. He truly has a passion for passion. My youngest son Aiden is me made over. His determination and will amaze even me. He is literally my clone. But then this little girl came along. Boys are easy. Last night i was holding her and she fell asleep on my shoulder. Thats the first time that has happened and it seems small but i cant describe the emotion that i felt. I can truly say that the boys have taken my soul but this little girl has taken my heart. My only wish is that time would slow down. It is going by way to fast. I heard this song this morning and i honestly got teary eyed because it describes exactly how i feel. Just wish i could freeze time. Sorry suzy. I know you are going to cry and i apologize. Love you.
