I cant believe its the end of another year, time really does fly when youre having fun!!! The last two weeks have been lovely, weve been winding down and enjoying the fantastic weather. Liz, Woodplumpton schools Lollipop Lady came to visit us last week and talked to the children about being safe on the roads. We talked about holding hands and walking on the super, safe side, away from the traffic. They really enjoyed role playing with our new zebra crossing and signs remembering to stop, look and listen. Hopefully they will be more aware and safer when crossing the roads. Weve been harvesting our potatoes, broad beans and strawberries needless to say they were yummy. We had lots of fun at our leavers parties, the children enjoyed playing pass the parcel, musical chairs and dancing. We had a stay and play session on Tuesday when some of our new children who will be starting in September came to play. They were absolutely brilliant and had a great time. Were looking forward to seeing them again in September. The children have had lots of fun playing outside and its been lovely watching them form new friendships, interacting and just having fun. A big thank you to those parents who have already sent one. We always find this a sad time of year saying goodbye to our children moving on to school. They have all been absolute superstars and we shall miss them dreadfully, they are more than ready for their new adventure. Please come back and see us if you can, we love seeing how our children have continued to flourish and blossom! Wed like to say thank you very much for all your beautiful cards and presents, they really are beautiful but most of all wed like to say a huge thank you for letting us look after your child. We realise its a privilege for us and we really do appreciate all your support.
