I cant believe tomorrow is election day. It seems like I have been waiting for this day for years already. Im nervous, Im excited, Im anxious and Im curious to see who our community chooses to represent them. With the amount of awareness and engagement within the community surrounding this election, it has been very encouraging to see that there are so many people who care about our home and want to see it be successful. I would like to thank everyone who supported me in this endeavor, those who listened when I needed to vent, who gave advice when I asked (and especially when I didnt lol), the ones who encouraged me with their kind words, posts, messages and gestures, my friends, my family, my hogs and of course Jordan for putting up with me through all of it. This whole process has been an experience, a new experience, a growing and learning experience. There were some good experiences, some bad experiences and even some ugly, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons and Im glad that I did this, no matter what happens. Tomorrow is a huge day for the people of our community, whether you were born here or moved here 6 years ago, it is day for your voice to be heard. It is the day where you get to decide which people you think would do the best job at representing you, which person is better to lead them in doing that, which team you think would work best together to help our community thrive and prosper. I hope that tomorrow you chose to use your voice and go out and VOTE! If you feel that I am one of the people who would serve this community above myself and work to help us be successful and prosperous that you would vote for me tomorrow when you cast your ballot. There have been 8 us on this journey together and I wish each of you the best tomorrow! Vote Crystal Morrish for Council!
