I cant control peoples cold hearted thoughts but I can easily control who I see in my news feed. Dont know who this was aimed at and dont care. This person stated they got tired of all the posts thru the holidays of ppl complaining about being sad due the loss of a loved one. Even went so far as to say we all suffer loss so move on and learn to celebrate what you have instead of what you dont. No you didnt just say that. Well let me explain something asshole...Parents like me do celebrate what we have and we are even more grateful for those we love because we know loss can happen at any second. Celebrating with those here does NOT mean we dont miss the ones that are gone; and mourning the ones that are in Heaven does NOT mean we love the ones here any less. Being a true parent means you love your children the same from the instant they are born...death does not change that. Parents shouldnt be made to feel ashamed over still loving their child or feel like they cant miss them. You say weve all had loss so move on, funny considering you are surrounded by ALL of your children, grandchildren, and your siblings. Here is what I want you to do tonight...Put each of your childrens names in a jar, pick one out at random just like life does, then look them in the eyes and tell them if they died tomorrow you would NOT mourn them anymore after the funeral because you would still have too much to be happy about and just like they are dead so is your love for them. Out of sight out of mind right? Which one wouldnt hurt you to never see them, touch them, or hug them again? Come on now...you can do it... not hard, you made it sound so easy...bet you cant stand the thought...still waiting...its JUST your child. I pray you never know what its like but hey according to you it wouldnt bother you because once in the ground they would be your past........
