I cant even describe how cool this is to me, guys. I totally over-indulged yesterday - lets not kid ourselves. :) HOWEVER, I did NOT over-indulge like I used to during the holidays!! Im making 2015 MY year. Im going to need a couple accountability partners for working out (my plan is 6 days a week - all workouts I can do in my house - not getting a gym membership) and meal planning (not even so much healthy food, just making sure I always have REAL food available to make yummy breakfasts, lunches and dinners for me and my family)!
