I cant even say how sad todays news has made me. I never even would have guessed I would be this upset. It makes me grateful for people I respect who had close brushes with death and pulled through, like Dave Gahan (suicide-attempt and overdose survivor AND cancer survivor) and Stephen King, who was nearly killed by a van 15 years ago. If things had worked out a little differently for them, theyd be gone now. And if they had worked out a little differently for Robin, hed still be here. Nobody else will ever be Peter Pan to me. I hope we can all take our loved ones a little less for granted and try to reach out to anyone we think might need it.
