I cant go to bed without making a post. Most of the Animals in thos post are not in the ZOEY program but are Animals I have promised to help and I want to work on it. The 3 dogs and one cat from the lady that is dying of cancer are somehow alone now, she was taken to the hospital yesterday and we dont know if she will be back. Heartbreaking. Brigitte Bowman and Mary Brown are working hard in finding them homes. The cats I trapped a few weeks ago and were being cared by the lady who made the call are growing, have been vaccinated and dewormed and two were adopted by a wonderful man that I know will give them the best home, his name is Darren Wernette , but the rare female, orange tabby, is in danger of going to the shelter by 11 am tomorrow wednesday if no home is found, ladys daughter is really threatening even-though I already spend the money on her vetting. There is a dog, named Rosie, a beautiful brindle Pit mix, she is not even a year old, she has lived tied up since she was a puppy; yes, even in this weather. She is way too far from me and I really need help, I would like for someone near Fulshear to go and bring her a blanket or hay or take her out of there. Owners are willing to let her go. Please go see Rosie. Contact is Lorelei Nash or myself. Another dog was found tonight and she is in a friends yard, looks like she is limping, my friends did build her a shelter with a wire crate and a cardboard box with blankets inside, them the whole crate wrapped in another blanket. She needs a home!! Or at least a foster home!! Contact is Adela Ninja-d Trudel or myself. And one last thing, remember the dogs we have in boarding, well they can use some blankets. You can drop them off at Elkin Kennels or sent to Kevin Millers facility. All dogs in boarding need a blanket too. Kevin, I hope is ok with you that I ask for blankets for all dogs in boarding. And dont forget the Willow Dogs! We are going there on Thursday and we are going to bring a vet to exam, vaccinate and deworm. We need blankets and dog houses and of course funds to pay the vet. You can call the vet directly and they will be accepting donations over the phone. You can call (817) 773-8800 and say you are donating towards the Willow Dogs or the ZOEY group. petcaring/willowdogs Thanks and sleep warm with your pets indoors!
