I cant sleep and even if I fall asleep now , Ill only get 4 hours before Rocco is awake and I have to take him to school. I think half the reason I am so stressed is because I never get restful sleep. Thinking really hard about going back on my sleeping pills for a little while because feeling and being exhausted is not good for my mental health . Its so hard to stop myself from thinking at night. So no feeling relaxed lately
