I can say that for each of the four Celestis missions conducted from Spaceport America weve recovered 100% of the sealed flight capsules without any loss. Perhaps you should have asked us before writing. During those launches weve brought well over 1000 paying tourists to the region, including T or C. While it might constitute a fraction of Spaceport Americas expenses, everyone we encountered was happy to host us and we stand in marked contrast to the people who only talk or write about space missions - we do them.
