I cant stand hearing people of colour call themselves niggers! I wish they realized that in doing so, it completely eradicates what their ancestors were trying to accomplish in the name of freedom, respect, and dignity! The moment I mention how offended I get with hearing that term being tossed around amongst them, most of them become hostile and defensive and in most case remind me ( because Im not of colour) that my ancestors werent part of that history so I shouldnt worry about it and to mind my own business. Ignorance breeds hate. And we wonder why racial injustice still happens.
