I cant stop laughing at this IDIOT.... 43-yr-old white guy sees a 62-yr-old black man, in the Walmart parking lot with a gun holstered under his coat. Foster followed Daniels into the store, put him in a choke-hold and brought him to the ground, the sheriffs office said. He then started yelling that Daniels had a gun. A struggle ensued, with Daniels yelling that he had a permit. Security detained both men until deputies arrived. They confirmed Daniels had a permit for the gun, and arrested Foster. He is charged with one count of battery. IDIOT. Im glad you got arrested, and I hope your dumb ass goes to jail. A nd I hope you lose a massive lawsuit for violating Daniels Constitutional rights. Rumor has it that the white guy was a member of CSGV, the Committee to Stop Gun Violence, a radical anti-gun group. I would sue the hell out of them, too.
