I cant think of a way to word this, we gathered friends and family yesterday for a 21 person feast here at the house. We all gave thanks for the years we spent with Jennifer Conatser, the good times had and the bad times fought through. We initially werent going to do the dinner, but when the nurses said she was hanging on for something, we knew we had to do it. I woke up this morning, we had our morning talk, I checked her vitals and then went to take a shower. It pains me to say this, but as I was taking a shower Jennifer took her last breath. She passed away this morning around 830 a.m. She held on for that last dinner. These holiday gatherings were the most important thing in the world to us both, we always talked of how we were kids and the entire family gathered for dinner. She wanted to keep that tradition alive at our house, and thats what we did. She made it through one more dinner, one more gathering, one last holiday. She went peacefully, and quietly. I cant help but think she waited on me to leave the room. We all now have an angel on earth watching over us from heaven. She has went on to rejoin her father, her grand parents, and other friends and family. Please say a prayer for the kids, Alexis, Krista, Zach, Payne, and Gayge. Also keep Doris and Hartgrove, in your prayers as well.
