I case you did not know it yet. I would like to point you to a relatively new photo sharing platform named STR i K i NG. Check out the link below for the plattforms website. Its been devloped by my fellow Cem of ungemuetlich - Fotografie von Cem Edisboylu. Still in development it has a few quirks but is very very useable already. So whats different here then on other platforms you might ask? Why would you want to join it? Well, first and foremost your upload contingent is limited. Which I like, you have to pick your best shots. What I like even better, there is no butt licking I like you now you like me voting or rating. All favs and votes and bookmarks are anonymous. Which I love. The feedback you get is a more honest one, since the person rating and appreciating your work remains unknown and thus a likes for likes system can not really develop. Even more since your own contingent of available likes and favs is limited also. Of course its not perfect, you could still ask people to go there and vote for you. But hey, who is doing this anyway ;) Everybody has to judge for himself if begging for likes is helping his artistic and photographic development.
