I caution everyone that has looked at the European model this afternoon. Dont get too excited just yet. Remember, according to this very same model there should already be 10-14 inches of snow on the ground right now from Philadelphia to the Poconos from this mornings storm. Instead, Philly picked up an inch and only a handful of locations even saw more than 6. Thats been this models M.O. so far this winter season. Its had a tendency to overdo snowfall accumulations quite a bit. Now with that said, I cant dismiss it either because I can see why its doing what its doing and theres the potential that someone on the east coast from here to New England could get slammed. But for now I would tell everyone to take a deep breath and relax. Lets see what tonights new update shows and Ill talk about it on the air tomorrow morning. Just in case you havent seen it, the new European run has over 20 of snow for parts of the area by Tuesday morning.
