I chose to do a second squat day today as its the lift I most want to increase my numbers on. Trained 5x5 with a new PB for this rep scheme, 57.5 kgs. Dont know what was up with my weird ass forward hip movement before each rep but a) Thats why watching video back is great for technique! and b) I seem to only have this bad habit when the weight on my back feels light. So thats a positive. Controlling my hips so I dont drop like a rocket and forcing my knees out to use my glutes more has done wonders.
