...I closed my eyes and I was falling. At first it was dark but it quickly brightened. Beautiful flowers and spiraling orbs of light surrounded me as I fell ever so slowly to an end that had yet to be determined. As I drifted further downward into the unknown, all of this started to fade. I landed inside of an enormous glowing chrysanthemum. I was not frightened, in fact I was very content with my surroundings. I wondered though this place until I came to the edge of a pedal where I sat and watched the universe spin like a kaleidoscope. All of a sudden, there was an ever so powerful gust of wind that carried me to another flower. This time I landed on a glowing lotus. I had decided to travel towards the center of the lotus rather than towards the edges of the pedals. Upon my arrival to the center I was greeted by a cheerful little gnome. He welcomed me and assured me that my stay here would be very lucid and peaceful, just as long as I do not harm the lotus in any way. I asked him what would happen if I harmed the lotus to which he replied, "The lotus is my home, I would not harm your home. All I ask is that you respect my home as I would respect yours and everything will be fantastic!" And indeed it was... ~ Tony Thompson
