I competed in the RPS Holiday Havoc powerlifting meet this - TopicsExpress

I competed in the RPS Holiday Havoc powerlifting meet this weekend. I’ve been working through some injuries over the past year and a half including three leg muscle tears and a lower back tear along with past injuries of a slipped disc, torn rotator cuffs and a torn tendon in my right pinky… but I’m happy to say that the rehab is going well and I was able to achieve my goals for this meet. I completed a 600lb squat, a 405lb bench press and a 600lb beltless deadlift to achieve a 1605lb total weighing 270lbs. Thank you to my parents who came down from PA to be with me for the meet, getting to spend the weekend with them was even more rewarding than the success at the meet. And thank you to my brother who took time out of a very busy day to call and give me encouragement. I’m very blessed and thankful to be loved and supported whole heartedly. And thank you to my clients and the members of BIG. I appreciate your patronage to the gym but more so I appreciate your friendship and kindness. It is through your support that I get to do what I love… torture people for a living :) https://youtube/watch?v=CWag28fc22k
