I completed a great upper body workout! I completed 3 sets and 20 reps for each exercise in this workout . Don’t forget to stretch before and after. During the Lats Pull down I used more weight than I would if i did free weights because its a weight machine, which is easier and targets a specific muscle vs. free weights your not only targeting specific muscles but also using stabilizing muscles as well, hence more work with free weights…During my pregnancy I try to do both! Im going to try my best to be consistent even during the weekend- which is usually my problem days… I have to keep reminding myself that vacation is OVER and we need to stay focus.
