I completely understand that this was wrong of her to do but what if she had been broken down in that same spot? Shouldnt the motorcyclist been in control of his bike? When youre riding you should ALWAYS be aware of whats happening around you, how did he not see the car there? She was totally wrong but I dont think she deserves life in prison. We have a close encounter almost every time we ride, cars pull out in front of us or cut us off on a regular basis but we try to be proactive and always assume they are going to do the worst, then adjust what we are doing.
