I condemn in the STRONGEST terms possible, the fracas witnessed this afternoon where Hon. #MagererKJLangat was roughed up at The Change Movements Hqs. This cannot be tolerated and must be condemned from the highest echelons of the party. In similar fashion, I wish to state that the Hon. Party Executive Director has and had no reasons whatsoever, clinging onto the skin of a dead cattle, all this while till last Sunday when he ostensibly made some remarks in Nakuru which seemingly provoked party faithfuls across the country. Mheshimiwa Magerer reportedly declared that his party ODM is dead and that his Party Leader is both tired and old. There is nothing a sane, living man could be doing underground in the land of the dead. From his own verbatim remarks (if confirmed to be true), he has no moral authority to continue overseeing operations of a party whose political (leadership) and policy leanings he no longer rhymes with. Kenya is a country where governance systems at all factes are premised on the Rule of Law and we are all aware of the clear provisions of The Political Parties Act on matters like Hon. Langats alleged public spats on his party. #ChamaIkoImara.
