I confess my neihbours have a small do and leave the poor thing outside by itself every time they leave... the poor thing barks the whole time and drives me insane! just because you may not want the dog to leave a mess in your home doesnt the rest of us want to listen to that thing barking all damn day! ugg! dont get an animal if your not going to take care of it! and I have mentioned it but all I get is growls from them... ugg so frustrating!
