I congratulate MFB Synthesizers Company, located on Berlin, Germany, for the excellence and commitment with customers. As music antiques collector, an affictionate of specialties and rare synths, I have purchased 2 modules in Germany, the incredible Kraftzwerg II and its cousin Megazwerg, both module-based germany-style synthesizers. This adventure was possible only with the valuable help of my friend, Peter Stephan, who lives in Munchen. Because of the similarity of both units, that make them look as “twins”, summed with my stupid and careless impatience to hear them sounding, in the very moment I received them in my hands in Bahia, Brazil, I´ve exchanged their AC/DC transformers, without paying attention to radical DC voltage difference : Kraftzwerg works with 12 VDC and Megazwerg works with 24 VDC. Bad news… Well, needless to say : Kraftzwerg was damaged. Not one only sound it produced ever. I´ve got desperate, blamed myself, but for a short period of time. It´s a German factory, I thought I would not be in a big trouble… So, I wrote to the MFB factory,and just one day later they answered positively to fix the unit. Again, with the priceless help of my friend Peter, I´ve sent the dead Kraftzwerg back to Germany, to Berlin, where it was promptly serviced by Mr. Manfred Fricke and his lovely crew. Is there, still nowadays, any company like this in the musical market ? Very few. That´s why I strongly recommend the excellent products from MFB, Berlin. Made specially for crazy connaisseurs, they deliver beautiful and pure sound, quality in each detail, perfect commitment with customers. THANKS A LOT, FOLKS ! mfberlin.de
